The two best pitchers in W9 baseball after 40 games are Jarrod Washburn (4-0 1.89) and Al Leiter
(4-2 2.01). Both are Lefties and both pitch for the first-place DUNEDIN DOVES. As a team the Doves are hitting just .264 but win with solid pitching. Our top reliever is Dan Plesac ... another Leftie with a 0.79 ERA over 17 appearances. Jarrod, Al and Dan would love to meet your right-handed boppers ... especially in our home stadium where their best swings usually
end up in my outfielders gloves. Who says Lefties are a problem in PB baseball??? I've won with them over the last two seasons.
