Has anyone tracked Pedro Astacio and how he does? The guy should be one of the ten best pitchers in the league after adjusting his stats, but I just finished a LL with him posting a 7.20 ERA (in pitcher's park - FLA). Granted, small sample size of 11 starts, but that is nearly triple what I expected. Has anyone been successful with him or other guys from Colorado when not playing in Coors?
