We all want a better game.
I'm insulted that you think I'm like a politician, thats a cheap shot (grin).
You started this all off by stating how Garces was outpitched by Cook. I responded why this could easily happen and gave you some facts why.
Now you state that you are trying to debug the system. Thats great, but you need to know the system a little better.
There are no streak stats working for real time.
Reaching negative numbers in BFA means nothing until he allows a baserunner. That is the way the game works for both the robot and for player managers.
Cook dominates righties, and pitches much better with no runners on base. The computer was going to leave him in there until he allowed a baserunner, and he didn't, retiring those last 6 guys.
Klesko and Thome have much higher OPS vs righties then lefties, both should actually be platooned vs lefties.
We all want a better game, but what happened to you is well within the parameters of the game, in my experience.
Good Luck,
Ken
