How does the player usage numbers work? For instance, I've noticed that in most cases when the number exceeds 150 the player is rated as overused. However there seems to be exceptions. For instance, Brian Tolberg on a particular team has a usage number of 285 and yet he continues to pitch on and on with his rating as normal. How does that work?
