Lots of questions. With a year under my belt, with some success, I'll try...If you go for Coors expect your pitchers to face more batters so you will need depth. In launch leagues the injured part timers can be a risk since they may get hurt at just the wrong time. But they can also be a bargain if they win the big games for you. Defense is important, especially, I think, up the middle, as in real baseball. Range is in my opinion the key. As for boppers, they will hit at Coors, but I'm told you better get ground ball pitchers, although I have little experience with Coors. Watch also for good platoon situations. And remember the launch league is a place to learn. So experiment with both the baseball side and the workings of the game and website (like this forum) Have fun.
