I know this situation probably is just an anomaly, but here goes...

I just played a game where the other team's starter got injured after 8-2/3 innings.
Basically, he had one out to go to finish the game. I get the injury message hoping to do some damage of some kind to the reliever. The injured starter stayed in to record the final out, presumably with his arm hanging out of it's socket.

Believe it...or not.
