Submitting away lineups.....esp. starting pitchers
I dissagree eith the remark that if you set your away lineup the Robot manager will leave it alone. On one of my teams, I submitted a lineup which slated Sterling Hitchcock as the starter (which is what PB says he is), but when it came time for his start, the Robot started someone else and ended up not using Hitchcock for the series at all....not even in relief. This has happened more than once (I think there was something like 19 straight games the robot didn't use Hitchcock for anything.....happened when I could set the lineups, but couldn't play the games because of a computer glitch).
The Robot even has changed rotations (i.e. one team has a LH-RH-LH-RH-LH rotation which the Robot reversed and used the pitcher of game 1 who was supposed to start game 2 to start game 5 also thus messing up the following weeks rotation).
All in all, the Robot started my closer for 2 of his starts and both times he pitched a complete game which took my closer out for at least the next series. BTW......I lost both of those game when he gave up big innings around the 6th or 7th inning.
I strongly feel something shoud be done to prevent things like that from ever happening.
