Hey thanks to those of you that chipped in your advice on this deal. You guys made me rethink this trade and decide against it. Too iffy and with a lineup that has Piazza, Burks, Edgar Martinez, hopefully a healthy Frank Thomas next year, Adam Dunn, Garrett Anderson and Ricky Gutierrez I realize I have plenty of offense. Problem is the rotation has Leiter, Livan Hernandez, Mike Thurman, Dave Coggin and Jason Bere. But if I can get a good pitcher in the FA or rookie drafts with my picks I can contend next year. Or maybe work a simple deal by trading one hitter for a pitcher. Thanks again.....I think I dodged a bullet.
