I had a personal experience this week where an owner thought I submitted lineups with worn out Jeff D'Amico for several games.

What really happened was that I did not submit lineups for those games and the game's pitcher selection algorithm displayed D'Amico as the announced starter for those games because he was the highest rated starter and his BFA was over 30 (even though he was worn out). Then when the game downloaded the actual lineups it took D'Amico out and substituted an appropriate pitcher.

The moral of the story is don't always assume that the other owner did something intentionally deceitful. Sometimes its the game algorithm that causes these things.
