Right. But does a new owner have the choice as to which league he joins (assuming he wants to pick up an existing team)? Or can he wait out until one becomes available in the league of his choice?

What about mid-season? Assuming Mike knows which teams have been dumped, do they get replaced ASAP, or between seasons, or...?
