both these teams are VERY promising and could be contenders next year with a little care and feeding. I tried a turnaround with a MUCH less promising team in 99RT1 (Boston) last year, and it took only 1 season to get on track for a division title. Doing a turnaround was so much fun I grabbed another one this year.

Earle's right...both these teams are in a LOT better shape than the usual unmanaged team. I might even be tempted to take one if someone wants to take my contending Texas Timber III (Berkman, Glaus, Johnson, Burkett, Palmeiro, Alfonzo, Edmonds) in the same league after the playoffs.
