Response time usually depends on how busy the tech side is.
This past couple of weeks with a lot of seasons ending, playoffs to set up,
a couple of launch leagues forming, other leagues in which the season is winding down and therefore there are a lot of usage problems, I expect they are slower than usual.
In the past when I have had a delay picking up a team, I have emailed the Commish directly. Normally, applications for new teams go to tech. Usually if you email the commish directly, Mike gets back to you and you either get the team right away or Mike lets you know when your request will be processed.
