The question was not about BB's. It was about IBB's.
I have seen instances in games that I have played where an
INTENTIONAL walk WAS NOT charged against the pitcher's BFA.
I don't know if this is a glitch in the game or if it happens
every time but I know it happens sometimes because I have
personally observed it.
