That Telescan is not involved is news to me. The only news I have found about purebaseball is about Telescan. The corporate address and copyright listed on this website still say Telecan.

If this is now really Bravard's baby, then he needs to hear more than ever that little problems are driving the game to the ground. There are, I'd guess, a couple-hundred hard-core players here who will put-up with anything because they love the game and there is nothing else quite like it online. But there are far too few to support the site long-term. There are many many more who just go away when games don't run or other problems hamper the experience.

Obviously I disagree with those who feel we should not voice complaints. That more polite poit-of-view comes from a heartfelt appreciation for the game and the work required to create it. My fear is that Bravard will have to close the site down and believe that the reasons are the economy, the web, and lack of interested players. My point is that preventable problems may be a bigger factor in limiting growth -- and that potentional success should not be estimated until these preventable problems are fixed.

Its a damn shame that we have to sit and wonder which will be around longest: Purebaseball or the Twins. I say "keep 'em".
