In a perfect world......I guess all of the active managers would like to see everyone be like us but you learn to deal with it. Personally, I make a mental note of the guys who don't respond and when I make an offer to them, I'll leave it up for a couple of days then yank it. They'll get the email and if they are interested, they can get back to me. Otherwise, I try to focus on the teams I know I'll get a response from.
