Two years ago, it seemed the opposite was true -- there were many teams approaching the 120 rating and most seemed to be over a hundred. Perhaps the mysterious algorhythm they use to compute the ratings was adjusted too far the other way. I'd be surprised if it happens again next year. Now that the cuts have already occurred in the traditional leagues, it's probably best to leave it alone.
