I'll contend this year with a PB in the 60's.

Part time players, as well as pitchers that both start and relieve, receive the shaft when getting a PB score.

PB rating should be changed to a Runs Created format or runs allowed format that is positional, IP and PA related. Until then, I'd just ignore PB ratings in general.

If you have 3 good starters, 3 good relievers, and 6 of 8 positional players have .850 or above, on average, you can contend.
