I've seen a study on another site that demonstrated that the Catcher was far more responsible than the pitcher. In PB, the pitcher is equally responsible. Pitchers have a much smaller sample, so they become the overiding factor in PB. (Catcher allows 22 of 40, Pitcher allows 2 of 3 -- send them all!!!). I think the evidence is that PB should almost ignore P SB stats and emphasize C stats.
