I'm the guy having problems in LL2. I am unable to report completed games. I told them to just play out the games but tech wants to figure out what the problem is so we've been working on it daily. Apparently they have recently made some changes so they're worried that the problem might affect others. He wants to correct it before the trad leagues starts.

As for the email, I don't know about the trade reporting, but the email to tech and commish is working but they don't check it everyday. Tech was out of commission for awhile with an injury and both tech and commish are part time so it might take a few days to get an answer. Hang in there.
