The real winners :-)
I'll take a stab
AL East: Yankees
AL Central: Twins
AL West: Athletics
AL Wild Card: Mariners
AL Central winner has worst record and barely squeaks in. The Yankees go to the world series again to the dismay of many because they find the right parts to steady the ship.
NL East: Braves
NL Central: Cardinals
NL West: Giants
NL Wild Card: Astros
Mets give Braves a good run for their money but in the end they have too many liabilities .... Ordonez, CF, RF, rotation depth.... compared to the Braves who get bigger numbers than expected from youth up the middle (Furcal, M. Giles, A. Jones) are solid everywhere except at the infield coners.
Its a moot point though because the NL Central rocks the league this year.
