I just played my first home series and tried to make several double switch scenarios when I pinch hit for players. However I was unable to accomplish it. For example, if I pinch hit Player A for Player B I can't seem to put Player A into the game at player B's position. I have to go ahead and use a player C to accomplish my move. This wastes a bench player and in my last game meant that when i got to the bottom of the 9th with bases loaded down by 2 the only hitter I had left was Paul Shuey instead of a better pinch hitter.

Any ideas?
