I've been thinking about quitting because of the lack of customer service and I'm still thinking about it. Waiting three weeks for your playoffs to begin is ridiculous.
The game itself is terrific but the constant delays and lack of communication is very frustrating. Real-Time drafts have been pushed back another week and I fear that there'll be lots of problems during the season with weekly stats not being updated on time, trades not being worked out, etc.
$120 is a lot to pay for this shoddy service, no matter how good the product is. And since I'm paying in Canadian dollars it works out to more like $200 a year. I can think of a lot of other things I could do with that kind of money.
I hope the commish realizes how unsatisfying this recent period has been and how close purebaseball is to losing paying customers.
