Service Expectations

I have been with PB and its predecessor, CSN, from the beginning, with the 1989 season. I have gone through many growing pains, as well as the pains of trying to cope with the feeling, of late, that no one out there is hearing. I know that Mike has a passion for this gaming environment, maybe more than any of us can rival. Therefore, it would be great for Mike & Dwight to post service expectations, so we may be understanding to their issues. The rest of us want to get to our hobbies, families and other entertainment after a hard day's work and don't really have a belly for going to another work environment as Mike and Dwight must do.

Given the lack of response, it is no wonder it's hard to get new people to stay. I signed up for 2002 Launch 3 to attempt to get some new folks interested. After weeks of waiting, we still hane not heard if there will be playoffs, or messages inviting those participants to join a permanent league. Please, Mike and Dwight let us know the service expectations. Folks do not take the time to send messages of concern for anything they do not care about. This replay environment is the best there is. Yes, there are problems, but communication is golden. Does anyone not have concerns about the U.S. legal system? Does anyone doubt it is the best in the world? I don't. The point is we care about it and are willing to express our concerns.

Mike and Dwight, is there anything any of the rest of us can do to help this great product continue and flourish? There are many of us who care. Those who are so quick to throw stones are frustrated are crying out to be heard. Let them be informed, so they may attempt to understand.
