Thumbs Down!
Thumbs Down! The lack of customer service has become appalling. I have been waiting 22 days for the World Series games in 2002 LL 2 to be released so that I can play games 3,4 and 5. My fourth email to Brevard / Dwight was finally answered with following:
technical@purebaseball.com is how to contact Dwight. I have forwarded this to him. He has been less than active of late for personal reasons which I hope are going to be behind him soon.
For my part I have not been able to keep up with my email as I would like to. I am attempting to get email and LL back on track.

That was on April 30. Six days later, still no activations. I would love to see PB grow. I recruited two news into launch leagues as an attempt to help PB grow. These owners are lost and will not come back. I have changed my credit card information, and will not correct it until, at minimum, I get to play the World Series games in LL 2. I posted to this effect a couple of weeks ago. The truly sad thing is that that posting and those emails have gotten no more response than what I received above. I really would love to see PB thrive. I have offered to take over lousy teams for in an attempt to at least keep leagues up and running and have not been taken up on this offer.
Mike and Dwight, time is running out. Your options include utilizing more of us to assist you in running the operations of these leagues. I will willing take the six worst teams that are unmanaged in leagues that I am currently not in if you will not charge me for them. I suspect other owners will do as well. This is simply an effort to help PB survive. Utilize myself and other owners who enjoy this pasttime, or this enterprise is going under. Because, obviously, you gentlemen are not able to do all that is needed to be done. Listen to those owners who have posted here who care about the survival of PB. Or it will not survive. Period.
