I too would be willing to run a few more teams on an interim basis until they were picked up by new ownership if I were not charged for them. If enough of us did this, this would drastically cut down on the time it takes management to set rosters/make cuts and would make the leagues more enjoyable for the active owners.

The lack of communication is the biggest and most easily remedied problem at this point.
