What are the eligibility rules for the rookie draft? Mike Cuddyer had 18 AB's last season, but I can't find him on the rookie list under DNP. The same is true for a number of other players. On the other hand, Brad Thomas pitched 16 innings last year and is available under DNP players. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks.
