If you are playing in a launch league, you must remember that everybody drafted for THIS season, and teams have platoons that are very very effective. I think you'll find the game plays much as the game info says. Remember that unlike the real manager (or even a Real Time league manager) you have the ratings/stats, and in effect can set lineups with the 20-20 vision of "hindsight" Stay with it.
