You're right that things sometimes seem to be coming apart and I'm probably too optimistic.
That said, Doug's biggest gripe really seemed to be that he couldn't get a lot of his trades approved.
I think a lot of it was simple personality conflict between Mike and him and the other problems were largely a smokescreen.
Like many of the others posting on this issue have pointed out, many of us could bring in customers if the Launch Leagues were working right.
