In a league using a different game, we reward the teams who come closest to making the playoffs, but fail, with bid money. (draft is sealed bids) Seems like a round by round draft could be adjusted to reward those teams. In another league using bid money, we require 70 wins for maximum money, and none for less than 45. This subject would be worthy of a discussion with the commish. ANYONE can rebuild a team with an all-out tank job.
