I posted the original question re. tanking. I admit to being pleased to the response that is generally one of indignation at this practice. It seems to me that if the commish has the right to veto trades in an effort to insure an even playing field, that same power should be applied to tanking, perhaps by causing the offending team to forfeit draft picks. In other words, place in danger exactly that which a tanker is trying to gain.
