It is an excellent game and worth sticking around for, but . . .

communication is key and we all know it has been lacking. Look at the great response Mike has received from his recent updates. This is what people want -- acknowledgement that management is out there, listening and moving in a positive direction. Much credit to Mike for keeping this going despite the difficult (an understatement) job situation and lack of tech support. I hope he spends the time to keep communication going though -- as it is worth many times the effort it takes to do it.
