I own OOTP4. Not bad, but mainly for solo play for long term (i.e. 10 years of play). Ratings based, not stat based. Has minor leagues, draft, etc. I think for replay of 1 year Diamond Mind the best. I'd probably join one of those leagues if this didn't exist.
