Of course policing trades is within the parameters of his job. It sounds like he may have missed the boat a little on yours -- it happens. Sounds like he also may have missed the boat on the other trade you did manage to pull off -- in your favor.
Why would you tell another owner to "leave it alone" when he is just making a response to a thread you started?
