I think the idea of a league reporter is a great one!

I'd be happy to do this for Trad 1 98 - I try to do league and playoff previews anyway. And I'd be happy taking on the commish role in reporting teams having usage and lineup problems.

I'm glad Mike is opting for this route. I hope it gets implemented.
