unmanaged teams ruin competitive balance
yeah i got a few like that. i have one team that went to the dance my first year and the outfield is still intact. vaughn, justice, payton.........nuff said. some leagues your team will never (strong word) get better due to the fact that there are quite a few dead teams. less movement of players and that makes it tough for the have nots. unmanaged teams aren't winners. the robot teams can't win. this only leaves the possibility of trading established for youth and hope your league get's an influx of new management. i have a team that can't get any better because i'm trade locked. no one wants moyer for anything of value. and sweeney is the really only other star and many of my starters are now role players i finish just behind the unmanaged (2nd tier) and no impact players or regulars are available. if no new owners come to trade then the haves know they don't have to make real moves as much as bolster moves
