Contraction
Whatever you do, don't contract a league from 24 to 20 teams. That will only seperate the already haves from the have-nots even further. Most 20 team leagues are lopsided and have been for years. I've been playing my team since 1989 and I swear Bob Cambell still wins the pennant every year with his damn Dukes! (only slightly kidding!)
Rather than contract a league from 24 to 20 teams, lets contract whole leagues and force long standing leagues to expand to 24 to 26 teams. That would get the competitive juices flowing again in some old-timer leagues that don't see much change in the winners every season.
