I believe a team can have a maximum PB value of 120.

I think Mike should lower this number to 100 to help balance the leagues. I haven't even seen the high side of 60 yet, and maybe with a lower cap we will restore some competitive balance, we wouldn't see the same people at the top every year in the 20 team leagues, and more people would not get discouraged.
