Since everyone is forced to cut to 28 players prior to the FA draft, the increse in players availabe would be: 4 X 28 = 112, not 140 (if memory as to draft rules serves). That breaks down to an additional 5.6 playere per team available in a 20 team league. While this may have what amounts to an adverse effect on the 'reality' of what is only quasi-real to begin with, another way of looking at it is that we in our PB leagues can accomplish what the Major Leagues cannot because the players here lack union representation.
