Isn't there a certain amount of imbalance that needs to exist for a team to reach a goal of a championship? Or am I the only one striving for something like that. My philosophy is that I like to stack the deck a little (or sometimes alot), because you don't get that many chances to win one, or multiple championships. I like to take advantage of the opportunity when I can. If that opportunity doesn't arise, I like to try to start from scratch to build a team that is at least competitive every year. That team may eventually have a shot at a championship, but may be one or two players away.

Am I too goal-oriented? I like to have fun with the game, but I also have goals.
