The lists are correct as far as I can tell. Remember, teams do not cut to 27 until after the rookie draft. So the FA list will grow after the rookie draft. That's my understanding, anyway.

You should be able to see who is available by going to drafts on the league page, or through the front office -> drafts on your individual team page(s). I haven't had any problem.
