One way to reallocate players would be to have Mike Stuart take over every unmanaged team, a few at a time, on a rotating basis.
Give him six or eight weeks, and he'd have the whole league's values reallocated with his free-wheeling trades.
Mike would probably enjoy this, and the rest of us could see some trading action for a change.
