I have no problem giving the bottom teams some help. I am willing to give the bottom 12 teams all of the players in the contraction draft and let the top teams have none.

But the idea of tearing away half of the players and the hundreds of hours I have invested in building my team is offensive. If you throw away everything but 10 then for one thing you have to throw away 2 or 3 positions and then hope those positions are not in short supply in the re-draft. And even if you get quality players back you may not get the ones that you like and feel comfortable with.... or the ones that fit the mold of your team.
