Not Bad, But
First I would make it 5 possible rds. There will be( depending on whether you cut 7 players from each roster of the folded teams to go into the regular FA draft) anywhere from 112 to 140 palyers available. With 20 teams drafting that's anywhere from 5.6 to 7 players available per team. Let's face it, these teams (for the most part were abandoned foothe same reason - they stink! So it is safe to assume that t least 33% of the players would be subsequent cuts prior to the real FA draft; the suggestion being that somewhere around 80 would be the # of actual players drafted, or 4 players per team.
Secondly, I would say that people cutting only 2 players NOT draft in rds 1 & 2, but enter the draft in rds 4 & 5. If your team is so deep as to not need much help you certainly don't need to have a chance at the best available. Make teams cut players in order to get in, the more they cut, the earlier they're in. Increase the risk factor as you increase the reward.
