Every time someone comes up with a contraction idea that equitably distributes players you hear crying that we need to help the worse teams get better.

Then several people come up with plans to distribute the players to help the weaker teams and everyone cries that it gives the weak teams too much unfair advantage.

Lets make up our minds. Is there a competitive balance problem or not? If we can't even agree on that issue then we'll never agree on the right way to disperse players.
