Sorry, but this one hits a nerve.

A committee of owners trying to decide what trades are fair is not an idea I like.

Committees do NOT make good decisions (if they make decisions) and they don't make decisions quickly. Slow, bad decisions.

One person needs to rule on the trades who isn't afraid to make the tough calls.
