My personal two cents worth is that some contraction is needed. There are a number of leagues missing as many as 8 or 9 managers which does limit trade possibilities, reduces manager interaction and damages interest in the league. I believe some reasonable form of contraction (reduction to 20 teams, draft pool of players with format similar to RK drafts, earlier draft dates to capitalize on pre-season baseball interest, etc...) would generate fresh enthusiasm, improve all teams with better players and hopefully help promote the PB game.
