Some leagues are just nearly dead. I would prefer to be in a 24 team league over a 20 team league even if it meant starting over. I think the healthy leagues where there are at least 20 managed teams maybe should contract if that's what the majority of the owners in that league want. (By "managed" I don't necessarily mean only teams where they are not listed as unavailable because there are two teams in my division that have not made a roster move all year even though there is an owner listed. One is "owned" by Dwight, the ex-tech guy who we all know isn't managing his team and another owner who has a bunch of overused guys and fresh players down on the farm.)

In this way, some leagues could be eliminated and more could be healthy 24-team leagues.
