Very very good idea if the powers that be would go for it.

I have four teams that I own right now, and I could easy double that amount if it weren't for the cost. Of course, if the extra teams were free until we got them competitive and a paying owner took over, I'd be willing to do that in a heartbeat.

The hard part would be giving those teams up that you've nurtured into a well rounded team.
