We had tremendous interest in the drafts when we ran thwem in the past.
Many teams threw in anf had fun redrafting.

The problem is that it does not work seeml;essly with "contraction to 20 from 24"

Still we should be able to devise something that works that is in the "spirit" of the reallocation drafts. In other words---if we can combine contraction with re-allocation we could have a winner.
