My teams have tended to be pretty competitive because i work hard at it and am not afraid to pull the trigger and gamble on trades. I do not think we have competive imbalance issues except in leagues where we have fewer owners and I agree with some of the comments that mgrs should not be allowed to parachute in and out of leagues
